Creating a Contact Us Page

Create Contact us page

  1. Under Online Store tab go to Pages > Add page on Shopify admin
  2. Type a title for your page. We suggest 'Contact' as a title. Note: this title will not be rendered on the page it is just for SEO purposes.
  3. On Online Store section at the right Click Theme template option and select 'contact'.

  4. Click Save.

Contact Settings

  1. Go to Theme editor (customize) and choose Pages > contact from the pages drop-down menu at the top of the screen. 
  2. Click on Contact form section to open settings.
  3. Add Heading title to add a title to the section.
  4. Add Subheading text to add more description, this will appear bellow the title.
  5. Check Show email address to render the default store email. You may change or make formatting updates to your store email in your Shopify Settings, under ‘Sender email’.
  6. Check Show phone number to render the default phone number of your store. You may change or make formatting updates to your store phone number in your Shopify Settings.
  7. Check Show link to Facebook page to render Facebook icon linked to your Facebook profile. Note: you need to previously added social media in Theme Settings.
  8. Add Facebook label to add a custom label to Facebook link, the default text is 'Find us on Facebook'.
  9. Check Show link to Instagram profile to render Instagram icon linked to your Instagram profile. Note: you need to previously added social media in Theme Settings.
  10. Add Instagram label to add a custom label to Instagram link, the default text is 'Find us on Instagram'.
  11. Check Show link to Twitter profile to render Twitter icon linked to your Twitter profile. Note: you need to previously added social media in Theme Settings.
  12. Add Twitter label to add a custom label to Twitter link, the default text is 'Find us on Twitter'.
  13. Add Hours of operation text to show to your customers the availability of your customer support. 
  14. Add Response time to info your customer how long it will take to get a response, This will appear after the user submits their message.
  15. Click save.
