Gift Wrap

Honey offers the ability to offer a gift wrapping service to your customers. This option is available on the cart page and cart drawer. Please follow these instructions to configure:

1. Navigate to Theme Settings > Cart
2. Find the Gifting section
3. Click Enable gift wrapping option
4. Click Save
5. Go to your Shopify admin, then go to Products
6. Click Add product
7. Create a product titled Gift Wrapping just as you would create any other product
   1. Give your Gift Wrapping product the price that you want to charge for the service. If you want gift wrapping to be free, then set the price to 0
   2. Upload an image of how a product will look once it is gift wrapped.
   3. If you have limited quantities of gift wrap, make sure to set the inventory level.
   4. If you don't want to track or limit the amount of gift wrapping services you offer, uncheck Track quantity to prevent Shopify from tracking inventory for the Gift Wrapping product.
8. Click Save
9. Go to Online Store > Navigation
10. Click Add menu
11. Name your menu Gift wrapping
    1. Make sure the handle that's assigned to the menu is gift-wrapping
12. Click Add menu item
13. Enter Gift wrapping in the Name field
14. In the Link field, select Products, and then select your Gift Wrapping product from the dropdown menu
15. Click Add
16. Click Save menu

Note: This menu will NOT appear anywhere on your main menu navigation. It is needed to link the gift wrapping product to the theme so this feature will work correctly.
